What a beautiful summer weekend and Isabel has a cold. She started with a snuffy nose last night and ran a fever of 100.6. So, I brought her in to the after hours/weekend clinic and found out that she just has a little cold. I was secretly glad to take her in, because I have been guessing how much I think she weighs...and I was right on target...13 pounds exactly!! We are taking it easy today and resting inside. These are pictures from yesterday...not too bad for a sick baby.

Bye Bye Maternity Leave
I am back at work as of this past Monday, and Isabel is in the great care of Cordie in Madison, MS. She goes to her house with several older children and she is the BABY!! I did not shed any tears on Monday because I know she is in good hands. But come noon everyday I am dying to go pick her up. She is adjusting very well, and I am so proud of her. I on the other hand am exhausted!!! Also....BIG NEWS: she is officially sleeping through the night 8pm until 5-6am!!! Hooray for us!!! Here are a few pics from this week. She is getting so big...and it is going by way too fast.

Photo session with Jeanelle Caraway
The Big Easy
Most of you are aware that we are relocating to New Orleans in June. Phillips starts his Gastroenterology fellowship at LSU on July 1st. So this past Saturday we headed down South to look for housing, daycare, jobs, etc... We stopped in Natchez on the way down to break up the trip. It was a wonderful getting to stay with grandparents BB and Grande Jenkins. Then we traveled to the Big Easy on Sunday. It was a busy and stressful trip, but we got alot accomplished. We took Isabel with us (Saturday-Wednesday) and Mia and Bops Holland came Monday and Tuesday to help out. I had five job interviews and Phillips was focused on finding us a house. I think we found several great possibilities in Old Metairie. I hope I found a job; and day care is still a working progress. It kind of depends where I work, but we found this amazing lady that watches babies in her home. We visited with her for an hour and she was great. Isabel took to her right away. I really hope that this works out for us. Needless to say, we needed to take this trip and are headed in the right direction to move. It won't be long and we'll be in New Orleans!!! Stay tuned for more details on the move.

Isabel's Baptism
Isabel was baptized at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on Sunday March 1, 2009. Here are just a few pictures from the ceremony. We had the WHOLE family (Holland, Moss, and Jenkins) in town to celebrate and had a marvelous time. I am going to collect a few more pictures from family and then add them all to a picasa album to view. Many thanks to Isabels Godparents: Maria Lewis and Graves Maxwell.
