Isabel's Actual Birthday

Happy Birthday to our precious Isabel!!! We went to dinner at Chop stix to celebrate and came home to open presents sent from family. Can we say SPOILED!!! All of these presents came 4 days after Christmas.

Caroline 11 months

WOW time flies!  We can't believe our baby is almost ONE. Caroline is the light in all of our lives.  She is such a joy to be with and is ALWAYS smiling with her cute little dimple.  She started walking while we were in Disney so around December 1st.  She is now walking around 10-15 steps at a time and can bend down to retrieve something and stand back up without loosing her balance.  She is eating real food: avocados, grilled cheese, bananas, turkey, chicken, peas, carrots, sweet potatoes, apple sauce, yogurt, rice and beans, spaghetti chopped small, cheerios, scrambled eggs, pancakes without syrup, and biscuits. She loves to eat and is beginning to feed herself with a spoon.  The other day she picked up a several pieces of grilled cheese with her fingers put it on the spoon and fed it to herself. She loves to play peek a boo and crawl fast around the kitchen floor with Isabel chasing her.  She LOVES baby dolls and usually has at least one in her arms at all times.  She is sleeping wonderful from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am and takes 2 naps a day one in the morning and one in the afternoon.  She can say DADA, MAMA, UH-OH, and NONO. She adores music and moves her whole body as soon as she hears it....watch out Uncle BarBar (Dunbar) you may have met your match.  She is really into cabinets and drawers and usually pulls out every plastic container and cup in the cabinet throwing it behind her back.  Her latest tricks are waving bye bye, blowing kisses, and hiding with her hands on her eyes when you say "Where's Caroline?".

Park hop/Very Merry Christmas Party Day 4

We started Day 4 with the Royal Breakfast (featured on previous post).  Then we asked Isabel what she wanted to do and she wanted to go back to Hollywood Studios to ride Tower of Terror and play in Honey I Shrunk the Kids.  We spent the day relaxing and walking around followed by a little rest before the Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom.  The pictures below are from the snow on Main street, Christmas parade, and fireworks.  We also stayed that night at Magic Kingdom until midnight riding Splash Mountain and Thunder Mountain Railroad about 7 times for Splash and 3 times the rollar-coaster.....not kidding.  I hope your exhausted from all these pictures.  It was a wonderful trip and we had so much fun with Isabel....but it took about a week to catch up on our rest:)

Hollywood Studios Day 3

On the third day of our trip we went to Hollywood studios.  Isabel was begging us to ride something really fast and scary so we let her try Tower of Terror.  She loved it....hands up and all. We proceeded to ride it 4 more times.  Another major hit was the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground.  She loved everything about it.  We watched Beauty and the Beast live play and it was fantastic.  Phillips and I both rode the Rock n Rollarcoaster.  We saw Minnie Mouse and Jake from the Neverland Pirates.  Other things we did: star wars ride, Ariels show, and Disney Junior show.
