Juliet 12 months

Juliet 12 months:

• walking and running (getting faster and more efficient everyday)
• continues to crawl around
• gets into everything
• eating real food cut up small
• favorite foods: peas, banana, turkey, chicken, hamburger meat, cheese, avocado, puffs, mum mums, ritz crackers, pancakes, eggs, yogurt
• drinking whole milk like a champ
• taking 2 bottles (one in morning and one at night)
• takes 2 naps (9:30 and 12:30) 
• sleeps through the night (with pacifier, blanket, and sound machine)
• size 3 diaper
• says mama, dada, and ooompa (not really a word just a two syllable sound)
• signs for more

Jenkins in the Desert

Phillips and I on our long weekend getaway to Scottsdale, AZ.  Phillips attended a GI conference put on by Mayo Clinic and I went along for the pampering.  It has been quite some time since I have been able to shop without kids for days and I was in heaven!  It was a wonderful trip and we spent lots of time with our dearest friends Andrew and Marissa Medley.  While we missed the kids greatly, this was a perfect quiet weekend for Phillips and I to enjoy one another! The Jenkins will return to the desert again soon!

Juliet at 11 months!!

• walking like Frankenstein (about 10 steps)
• crawling all over creation
• getting into cabinets and toy bins and pulling everything out
• says mamamama, dadada
• babbles and laughes
• smiles all the time
• eats most real food cut up in small pieces
• favorite foods: eggs, banana, cheese, turkey, avocado, broccoli
• still on Formula and drinking from bottle
• will take sippy cup with water during the day
• naps 2 times a day
• using pacifier to soothe
• dances with music playing
• sleeps through the night (7 pm to 6:30 am)
• 2 teeth
• size 3 diaper

Thankful!

THANKFUL for family and friends!  THANKFUL for three beautiful and healthy babies!!! We spent the day in Lake Charles with family.  It was a quick trip there and back but so nice to be with family and so nice that I did not have to cook!!!
