I started eating brown rice, squash, and bananas on June 1st.  I can roll front to back.  I love my toes! I love riding in the car! I love music! I love bath time!  I love my thumb! My next appointment is June 14...stats to follow.

Rice and squash

I began to experiment with rice on Friday June 1, 2012.  Took a break Saturday-Monday due to her ear infections.  And then fed her rice and squash today June 5, 2012.

SHE LOVED IT!!!!  I did not know if she was ready but the pediatrician gave me the go ahead and she has been reaching for my plate and starring at our food at the table recently.

First Ear Infection

Caroline was acting out of sort all weekend long and after spending most of the day Monday screaming with Ms. Darlene.  I decided that is must be something more than her teeth.  I took her to a new pediatrician in Mandeville and discovered raging ear infections.  I should have known that something was wrong.  The BEST baby in the world was not a happy baby....and that is just not like her.  She is ALWAYS smiling.  We have her on amoxicillin and after 2 doses I can already tell a difference.  I am taking her back next week for her 5 month check up.  Can you believe is already 5 months?
