My little turkey has two teeth!!

My baby is back!! Isabel's school was closed most of the Thanksgiving week and due to both Phillips and my work schedule...we shipped Isabel off to grandparent land. I picked her up yesterday in Baton Rouge and yes she came back rotten to the core. I was fortunate enough to drive in for Thanksgiving day to see my turkey...while Phillips had to work. And back on the road for me to work on Friday. So yes, I have burned some rubber this last week and a half. My little turkey has two bottom teeth. If you zoom in REAL close you can see. And I can hardly believe that tomorrow, she will be 11 months. One more month and my baby is a BIG baby!! Enjoy photos from Thanksgiving day!

Ole Miss verses LSU...Road Trip

We tackled the 6 hour car ride to Oxford this weekend to cheer on BOTH the Rebels and the Tigers. We are a house divided (Phillips+Rebels and Laurel+TIgers) and compromised with a family tradition. Our children will wear the colors of whose ever HOME game it is. So this year, I swallowed the very large pill of dressing Isabel in red and blue, and I guess it was good luck for the REBS....Hotty Toddy! We spend the weekend with Phillips' Family and had an absolute blast. Thanks Aunt Ana and Uncle Dunbar for the awesome hospitality. And we even got to meet up with Uncle Beau and Matthew. Yay, for a great weekend. And as for me and the Tigers....well, there is always next year!!!

"Ki Ki"

Everything that has four legs is now a Ki Ki (translated to kitty kitty)! Isabel loves animals...especially our cat, Sam. She spends most of her time at home chasing the cat trying to get just one hand full of that soft irresistible fuzz. Sam has been a pretty good sport thus far. Last weekend, we took a drive to Covington, LA to visit Phillips' cousins and to cheer on the Saints. Here are some pics of Isabel and one with the ki ki...their dog!
